CSS Ltd employee of the month

Serghei was awarded 'Employee of the Month' in June, where he was given a bonus for his performance and commitment in his role as a security officer.

We're immensely proud of the standards we hold, and choosing one security guard who has performed exceptionally during the month was difficult! However, Serghei is a worthy winner of our employee of the month scheme, and we're pleased we were able to recognise his service and reward him for all of his hard work in the security industry.

Our longest serving security guard

Kervin has recently been awarded a cash bonus for being the longest serving guard for in London. Longevity and commitment to CSS Ltd is trait we feel should be rewarded. Our staff is what makes the business what it is, and Kervin is a fantastic member of the team - we hope he enjoys his well-earned cash bonus!

We understand that being a security guard is a difficult occupation, and to do the job well requires a special type of person. The job needs someone who is determined, professional, organised and approachable, to name just a few qualities that will ensure they do their job well.

This why we have in-house training facilities and we never subcontract. Therefore, it should go without saying that we reward our members of staff through our employee of the month scheme, to show that their hard work is being recognised.
