All CSS Ltd employees are required to regularly take part in training. We're proud to have our own purpose-built training facility on site, which hopefully demonstrates just how seriously we take training.

A career in security certainly isn't an easy one. As a security guard you'll be required to act professionally at all times, understand legal limitations and represent the company. We know this is a huge ask, and that's why we want you to feel supported. Training allows us to get you up to speed, and offer you the chance to ask questions along the way.

Training includes:

• Training modules within their specialist security sectors. This means you will always remain compliant and up to date with industry changes.
