A huge congratulations to Renatas, the first winner of our monthly ‘Tony Award’!
For those of you who might not know, we have recently introduced what we’re calling the ‘Tony Award’. It’s a great way for us to show our staff just how much we appreciate them, by choosing a winner each month to celebrate.

Staff appreciation has never been more important, and we want each and every one of our security officers to feel valued within the team – because they are! We also know just how important it is to set out exactly what our expectations are because this in itself is shown to improve staff performance, independence and accountability.
So what’s in it for the team? Well, each month, the winner will receive a trophy and a £50 Amazon voucher!
