A new year means fresh new thinking, and we hope this will encourage you to look at your current security presence on site. It doesn't matter if you're an education professional, part of a large -- or indeed, small -- corporate organisation, a licensed gaming organisation, a construction site or a retailer. All of these industries require a security presence in 2019, and we've put together 3 key ways in which CSS Ltd can assist you.

1.Manned guarding and mobile patrols

Without a doubt, the best way to ensure the security of your business is with manned guarding or mobile patrols. Having uniformed security officers physically on site not only acts as a brilliant deterrent to crime, but it enables a quick and professional reaction should something occur. Our security officers are highly trained to know their limits within the law, exactly who to contact should a situation arise and how to restrain individuals -- if necessary. They're all fitted with body cameras as standard, to ensure their safety and to be used as evidence if need be.

2.CCTV

If manned guarding isn't the right approach, and you'd prefer to have a more relaxed approach to security, then perhaps CCTV is the right option for your business. It's all very well having CCTV fitted on site, but you have the right people monitoring it?  CCTV is most effective when you have a team able to respond there and then to an incident. This can reduce the amount of damage caused, reduce the chance of theft occurring and have the police on site quickly and efficiently to make arrests. It's no good to have CCTV capture the crime, only to have to find out about it the next morning when you arrive to find the damage already done.

3.Key holding

Our key holding service is hugely popular. Did you know that company keys are often copied, lent out, reallocated, lost and, unfortunately, misused? Having a third party -- such as CSS Ltd -- take the responsibility of key holding, enables your employees to do their jobs and not have the added duty of looking after company keys. You might be surprised to hear the number of cases that employees abuse or misuse their key holding responsibilities -- and is that really a risk you're willing to take? Our key holding service also ties in nicely with our alarm response service, where we deploy a highly visible and branded vehicle to any location on receipt of an alarm being sounded at your premises.

For more information about any of our security services, please don't hesitate to get in touch with a member of the team. We work hard with every client when discussing their individual security needs, to ensure they receive a contract that works for their business, no matter what the industry. We look forward to hearing from you.
