It's looking like a very real possibility that the world will never return to how things were before the coronavirus pandemic. For many of us, that's a very scary reality and one we all need to adapt to, to keep everyone safe.

As a security provider, we had to temporarily say goodbye to many of our hospitality clients whilst they navigated uncertain roads ahead, and we still haven't welcomed back clients with venues such as nightclubs. How these are going to operate is still to be decided -- but you can rest assured we'll be ready when decisions are made.

For those of our clients who remained operational or recently opened up again, we have had to adapt our security services to encourage social distancing and supporting both the business, the staff and the public. In many ways, we were already well geared to operate in a socially distanced way. Being a national company, with our head office in Wisbech, we are already well-versed in how to effectively manage staff remotely and have invested heavily in technology to enable us to do this. This technology means that even our local security officers can benefit from working independently, without face-to-face interaction with head office.

Alongside extensive training to ensure we're up to date with all government guidelines, we are currently in the process of creating an online PDF brochure of our services -- and we'll be updating our website as part of that process too. That means we're moving away from paper copies, which can spread diseases like COVID-19, creating a digitised version to ensure you can browse through our services and get a feel as to what we're all about as a business, knowing you can do so safely.

Staying vigilant in the face of uncertainty is hugely difficult, but it's paramount to keep a positive outlook. To all of our clients that have not yet reopened -- we're ready to help you when you do. And to our current clients, thank you for putting your trust in us to support you and your business through these difficult times.

For more information on how we can work with you to provide a quality security service at your business during these unusual times, please don't hesitate to get in touch a member of our team.

Alternatively, if you're looking to further your career within the security industry, please check the careers section on our website or email us an up to date copy of your C.V. We are currently recruiting for Door Supervisors, Security Officers, Gate House Officers, Mobile Patrol Officers and Manned Guard-Reception Officers - for full-time and part-time positions. We never subcontract our staff, we invest in their training and we work hard to support our staff. If you could picture yourself as working for one of the leading security companies in the UK, please get in touch. We look forward to meeting you!
