‘Tis the season for festive cheer! For many corporations this means celebrating and bringing teams together in large-scale Christmas events. As experts in security, we know that the first part of any event planning should be considering the security. The security will be dependent on not just the size of the event, but the event location and the venue. But by ensuring the safety of your guests, you’ll not only make sure that the night goes smoothly, but you’ll also ensure your business reputation is maintained.

Ticketed entry

Having a ticketed entry system is something we'd highly advise. This reduces the risk of antisocial behaviour, as those attending would have invested in their entry and as such be on a guest list. Ticketed entry also gives you an accurate indication as to how many people you’d expect to attend. This allows you more control, meaning overcrowding is less of an issue, and you’re aware of the scale of the event. This, in turn, allows you to consider your security offering.

Abiding by venue guidelines

Your venue might have limitations with capacity, noise levels or with parking restrictions.  We can help with crowd control, and we can also help with parking. Our security officers can help direct traffic entering your event to ensure everyone is parked safely and sensibly.

Managing anti-social behaviour

All large events are vulnerable to anti-social behaviour, especially if alcohol is involved! Our security officers are equipped with body cameras, and their presence alone acts as an excellent deterrent. Should behaviours escalate, our security team will be able to step in quickly and professionally to disperse and manage anti-social behaviour before it causes issues for your other guests.

Securing VIP areas

If your event is privy to VIPs, our security officers can ensure private areas for them remain private. We can strategically position security officers to ensure these areas remain protected from the other guests, allowing your VIP guests to relax in a safe environment.
