The means working hard on de-escalation and conflict management training and developing skills you might otherwise not have needed in other jobs in the past. It’s a challenge, but knowing you’re making a difference to not only your clients but the wider community, makes it an incredibly rewarding career choice.

Finally, there’s the money. We never subcontract, believing that it will affect the quality of the security we provide, potentially affecting the reputation we’ve worked hard to build and maintain.
