We're hugely proud of our mobile patrol service. Our security officers are highly trained, professional and trustworthy. We never subcontract our staff because we strongly believe it compromises the quality of the service we provide, and we'd much prefer to invest in our staff and reward them for their exceptional work.

But what goes into our mobile patrol service? As a client, what can you expect?

1.Meet the client and assess the premises

The first step is perhaps the most important. It's where we meet you, assess the premises and work with you to create a contract that works perfectly for the level of security your business or property requires. No contract is ever the same, there isn't a one size fits all when it comes to a professional security service.

Our assessment will cover the area of land and we'll evaluate the risk. From there, we'll discuss the level of security required and agree on a rota for our mobile patrols to work by.

2.Arrive on time and prepared

Once the initial assessment is done, we'll get to work! Our security officers will always be wearing their uniform, and they'll always be prepared with the right equipment. Our remote workforce management system, Deputy, will allow us to monitor our security officer when they're working, ensuring their welfare and ensuring effective time management.

When on patrol, our security officers will continually monitor the premises and report anything untoward. We'll let you know of any broken boundaries and anything that might be compromising the security of your business.

3.Patrol

Our mobile patrols do exactly that, they patrol. One of the major benefits of a mobile patrol service at your property is that they're an excellent deterrent to crime. The most effective way to discourage trespassing and crime is to have a uniformed security presence.

4.React (if necessary)

If something did happen during a mobile patrol, you can rest assured that you have the best security guards on site ready to react. Our officers are highly trained individuals, able to deescalate any situation and call the authorities. Whilst we also offer an alarm response service, the fastest way to resolve an issue is to have someone onsite at the time.

5.Report

We take pride in the reporting that our security officers complete at the end of every shift, so much so that security officers have won employee of the month due to the quality of their reporting. Simply put, reports are a vital process in keeping the client informed, and in demonstrating the level of security we offer.
