Whilst clients can customise their security services to suit both the needs of their business and their budget, there are three key security services that we offer that complement each other beautifully. This is our alarm response service, our keyholding service and our unlock/lock service.

All of these involve trusting a Carter Security Solutions Security Guard, highly trained and SIA licensed, with the keys to your business premises. This takes the pressure away from yourself and your employees, allowing a contracted security provider to take responsibility for the keys of your business and the obligations that accompany it.

Alarm Response Security

Our Alarm Response service means that you have a trained and trusted security guard at your business ready to respond as soon as an alarm is triggered at your property. This means we can be on-site to handle the situation and alert the local authorities if need be, without putting ourselves or employees in any danger. Our security officers will arrive in a clearly marked vehicle, with body cameras allowing for CCTV footage, armed with their knowledge of de-escalation techniques, minimising the risk of confrontation and violence.

Keyholding Service

If we are trusted with your Alarm Response service, it's logical we'd already been keyholders too. As secondary keyholders, we're able to let the local authorities onto the premises to further investigate should an alarm be triggered at your site.

Unlock/Lock Service

Finally, there's our unlock/lock service, which consists of a security guard opening and closing down your business at the start and the end of each day. If you have a high turnover of staff, or if you've embraced flexible working, then having a dedicated individual that you can rely on to safely and promptly open your offices or site at the correct time can take a weight off your mind. More importantly, having a security guard locking up at the end of each day means there are several checks done each evening before the site is left. This includes ensuring that all windows and doors are locked, checking that security lights are on and that other lights are off.
