We love nurturing existing relationships with our clients, and always want to be clear on setting expectations for new clients too. We hope this short guide provides a little insight into what we expect from our clients in return for keeping their businesses safe.

Tell us exactly what you need

If you’re not sure what you need from a security contractor, that isn’t a problem, just also us to do a thorough risk assessment with you to highlight any gaps in your current security protocols. We’ll be able to advise which of our services are most suitable. Alternatively, you’re welcome to tell us exactly what you need and when, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs quickly and efficiently.

Be clear on your budget

We work hard to provide our clients with a contract that suits not just their security needs, but their budget too. Please lay out your expectations early on in our discussions so we can tailor our cost and security services to your budget.

Treat our security officers with respect

We will always treat every client with the utmost respect, and we ask that you do the same to our security officers when deployed at your site.

On the unlikely occasion that you might have an issue with a member of the Carter Security team, we ask you raise this with management at our head office in Wisbech as soon as you’re able.

Give us your feedback

We love receiving feedback from our clients, and whilst it is brilliant hear that our security officers are making a positive difference, it’s just as important we hear about any of your concerns too. It might be you want to extend or reduce your contract, or it might be that you need to alter your security services… whatever the reason, we’ll always be ready to welcome your call.

For more information on how we can provide quality security at your business, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with a member of our team. We look forward to hearing from you.
