We take the quality of the security we provide extremely seriously, and we're fully aware of the problems that can occur when a business grows. As a national provider of a range of security services, we have grown from humble roots. Started by Nick Carter, we're hugely proud of the journey our business has taken, but it hasn't been without strict quality control along the way! There are four key factors to consider, that of recruitment, training, staff appreciation and remote management and we think we've done a great job of maintaining quality throughout our history and into our future.

Focussing on recruitment

We will never subcontract staff, and we've turned down contracts with large companies if we felt like this could have become an issue. Quality will always come first. When you go down the tricky route of subcontracting, you lose the relationship with those individuals. You are unable to guarantee they have the same standards, and you can't vouch for the quality of their work.

Ensuring high-quality training

All of our security officers hold a valid SIA license, but our training goes much further than that. We have a dedicated training facility at our head office in Wisbech, and our focus will always be on developing each and every security officer so they can reach their full potential.

Staff appreciation

At the heart of our company is staff appreciation. We think it's incredibly important to recognise the hard work our security team do - day in, day out, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Security is a difficult job, there is no doubt about it. It requires a high-quality type of dedication only select individuals can provide. It can be anti-social, it can be a risk, but more than that, it's an incredible responsibility. It's for this reason that we have a staff recognition scheme whereby we award members of the team every quarter, to not only motivate our team but to reward them with Amazon vouchers for their exceptional hard work and efforts.

Perfecting remote management

Any growing company that expands into new areas will eventually have a problem when it comes to managing staff remotely. We've combatted that by investing in a tool called Deputy. This allows our security officers to log in, log the times they start and finish, and their breaks as well. It also allows our clients to know we're dedicated in remote management and ensuring that standards will never slip.

For more information on how we can work with you to provide a quality security service at your business, please don't hesitate to get in touch with a member of our team. No matter where you are in the country, we'll be able to assist, as we offer a national security service with a local touch.
