Our first winner of the Monthly “Cashino Guard of the Month Award”

Every month we reward a member of the CSS team with the 'Tony Award' trophy and £50 worth of Amazon vouchers

Since the start of 2019, we also introduced a Monthly Cashino Guard of the Month Award. There were many reasons behind this, but most namely to acknowledge the commitment and professionalism that our officers display when representing the company at Cashino, the recipient of which will also receive a trophy and £50 worth of Amazon vouchers.

We are pleased to be able to announce our first winner and admittedly it was a challenge to choose just one of our security officers

This month the winner of the award is Serghei Mironov! Tony tells us why:

'Whilst there were certainly a few guards that could have been chosen, I am pleased to say that the winner for the month of January is Serghei. Serghei works in arguably one of the busiest of all of the Cashino venues and is regularly having to use his skills and experience to deal with all manner of incidents. He is always in full uniform, looking extremely smart, and his reporting is consistently to a high standard. I constantly receive good feedback from the Cashino staff whom work with Serghei, which is most important, as the working relationship between Cashino staff and our guards is vital to a safe working environment'
