1. 24-hour security

There's only one way to ensure maximum security at your business 24-hours a day and that's with mobile patrols. Not only do security officers offer an excellent deterrent to crime, but should something happen at your business, they will be right there, at the right time, in the right place. So, should anyone try their luck at breaking and entering, you'll have trained individuals ready to respond. They can legally detain the perpetrator and call the local authorities in a quick and seamless manner, leaving you safe in the knowledge that the situation has been handled professionally.

We can work with you to determine exactly how many mobile patrols and when they should be on site. This might be more appropriate throughout the night when the site is empty, or it could be a temporary precaution, such as on construction sites. Either way, if you require 24-hour security, we can provide professional, trustworthy and highly-trained security officers.

2. Highly trained security officers

All of our security officers hold a valid SIA licence, but what's more, is we never subcontract. This allows us to know each security officer, understand their strengths and work with them to develop their skills. This sets Carter Solutions and Services Limited apart from the competition. We will not put our trust into agencies, preferring to maintain our impeccable reputation, knowing the security we provide is second to none.

3. National service with a local feel

One of the challenges any security provider faces is with remote management. We combat this with a  tool called Deputy, that enables our security officers to clock-on and clock-off for their shifts, as well as manage their breaks. This technology allows us to operate on a national scale, and we have security clients all over the country as a result.

Regular contact with both our clients and our security officers means we don't lose that local feel though, and we feel this is especially important in security. You want to know that we are not only invested in our staff, but invested in you too, and the feedback we receive has always shown we consistently achieve this.

4. We invest in our staff

Investing in staff is more than just providing a quality uniform and marked vehicles. It means holding regular staff appreciation awards, to know that our security officers know that we recognise the hard work they do. It also means investing in their training and supporting them in achieving a work-life balance. The fact that we don't subcontract means we're serious about investing in individuals and this directly affects the quality of the service we provide.

So, if you're looking to further your career within the security industry, please check the careers section on our website or email us an up to date copy of your C.V. We are currently recruiting across the country, so we look forward to receiving your application and, hopefully, inviting you for interview.
