When we discuss our door supervisor service we would typically be pitching towards the hospitality sector and to licensed gaming venues. Pubs and clubs are what you'd usually associate door supervisors with. But, we're not living in usual times right now, and for us, that means adapting the quality security services we provide to different industries.

Supermarket security

A trip to the local supermarket is now vastly different from how it was before social distancing measures were put in place by the government. You'll now have to queue, 2 meters apart, before entering the store, and you'll need to respect these guidelines when you're inside shopping as well. Some supermarkets even have dedicated opening times specific to those who are vulnerable, such as the elderly, or for NHS workers as a gesture of appreciation. These additional measures mean you're likely seeing an increased security presence to encourage the general public to shop considerably and be alert to the threat of COVID-19.

We can assist the supermarket chains in providing trained security personnel to encourage social distancing and to allow people to respect specific opening times.

Retail security

As lockdown continues to ease, more and more retailers are expected to open their doors. When they do, they will likely need to enforce social distancing throughout their stores. This is where additional security can assist your staff, helping them to stay safe and committed to their roles, as well as taking on additional cleaning which is likely to become a necessary part of reopening.

For more information on how we can work with you to provide a quality security service at your business during these unusual times, please don't hesitate to get in touch a member of our team.

Alternatively, if you're looking to further your career within the security industry, please check the careers section on our website or email us an up to date copy of your C.V. We never subcontract our staff, we invest in their training and we work hard to support our staff. We look forward to meeting you.
