When parents send their child to school, they expect their child to be safe from the moment they enter the school gates in the morning to the end of the day when they leave. Safeguarding is a huge topic in the press, and it's never far from hitting the headlines. A security presence on site could prevent against a multitude of potentially horrific crimes against minors. Not only that but with plenty of state of the art technology and no doubt money for school dinners stored on site, it's no wonder that schools are a target for crime after school hours too.

Is your school or college safe and prepared for the start of the next academic year?

During term time, we can create a contract to ensure you have a security presence to keep your students safe. For some areas of the country, this might be more important than others. If your school or college is in an area where crime is a known issue, then having a security presence to ensure your students don't become victims should be at the top of your list. Out security officers can be present to ensure only your students and staff can get onto the school premises each morning. We've all heard of the horror stories of schools becoming a target for violent crime, and it's vitally important to us that our clients do not become part of that statistic.

Perhaps your students themselves are known to cause problems, and therefore having a professional and trained security presence could take the pressure off your teaching and support staff? Our team is highly trained and DBS checked, ensuring you are getting a service that is well suited to the educational sector.

After school hours, your premises is arguably even more at risk. This is where our mobile patrol service would come in especially useful! Our mobile patrol units can safely patrol your school or college premises to ensure that the risk of burglary is greatly reduced. We strongly believe that prevention is much better than a cure, and the cost of a mobile patrol is arguably better than the cost of repairs and a costly insurance premium to follow.

With a school, we also understand that a break in poses a safety risk, and it turns your school or college into a crime scene. This makes it even more important to prevent a potential break-in, as closing the school to repair damage could cause an uproar. Whilst the students might appreciate a day or two off for repair work to be carried out, the reality is missing parts of the curriculum, putting pressure on your teaching staff to make up for lost time.

For more information on how our security service can be tailored to suit the needs of your school or college, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We look forward to hearing from you.
