When signing a security contract you're putting your business in the hands of set of individuals you've been assured are knowledgeable, trustworthy and capable.

If you've come to the conclusion that investing in manned guarding will put your mind at rest, you expect the very best. you're based on an industrial estate that has experienced a number of recent break-ins? Maybe you're hosting an event this summer and want to ensure your staff and guests are safe? No matter what the reason, we have a specific set of criteria we expect every one of our security guards to pass. It's for this reason that we would never subcontract, we want to ensure we have the very best and maintain the reputation we've worked hard to build over the past 25 years+.

Knowledgeable security guards

The first box all of our security guards have to tick is to prove they are knowledgeable. We ensure this by making sure they are fully qualified with their own SIA licence. This shows that they are serious about the role, that they've invested in a career in security, and that they hold the relevant qualifications necessary to hold the license.

The next step is to ensure they are fully trained. We run regular in house training sessions with all of our security guards to ensure that standards are upheld across the company. Whether it's updated training modules, changes in legislation, sector specific training or our own internal policies, we ensure that all of our security guards are up to date with all of their training.

Security guards you can trust

We take this very seriously. Our security guards might be trusted with a set of keys to your main gate so they can patrol around the building. They might even be key holders to your business premises in case of emergency. We know that as soon as our security guards put on their CSS Ltd jacket, they represent us, and in protecting your business, they represent you. It's for that reason that we ensure our security guards are trustworthy.

Why capability is so important in the security industry

Whilst an individual might be qualified and trustworthy, they might not be capable for a particular role! We ensure that each security guard is suited to their role. It might be that you need someone to stand on the door of your establishment, or it might be that you need CCTV monitoring night mobile patrols. The security industry offers plenty of room for tailoring a contract, and that means you need the right 'capable' person to take on the role.

We employ local and national fully SIA licensed security guards and door supervisors on a full and part time basis, and we ensure all fit of specific set of criteria so you can relax in the knowledge that you're getting professional security guards. Please get in touch to find out more information on how a tailored security contract could work for your business. We look forward to hearing from you.
